Dr. Brian Stork, a Professor of Urology at the University of Michigan, and part-time beekeeper teamed up with Patricia’s Chocolate to create a unique bee-hive-shaped chocolate filled with honey. Part of the proceeds goes to fund Step Up, a non-profit that assists youth, moving from foster care in Muskegon, MI. The University of Michigan News reported that the chocolate and honey BeeKind project already donated $10,000 to Step Up.
